Jul 28, 2018 New to RC boats but not RC. Recently purchased a used Bullet v1 3mm flex shaft and finding parts or info on the boat seems harder than expected. The original prop was broken so it was replaced with the v3 prop steel. I also replaced the strut bearings. After all parts reinstalled, I have too much gap between strut and dog. If the drive cable is broken or detached, the trimmer head will not spin. To inspect the drive cable, remove the engine assembly from the shaft and look to see if the cable is in its proper place. Reinstall the cable if it has slipped from its place. If the cable is damaged or broken, it should be replaced altogether.
